About Alan Klatsky
As a graduate of Gilman school in 1980, the importance of scholastic achievement and determination were emphasized from a very early age.
In 1985 I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a focus on medical studies.
As an apprentice with the Ashley Group Custom Home Builders in 1985 I found that home design and construction became my passion and after learning the trade from the finest engineers and contractors, I set out to become a custom home builder.
In 1986 I became licensed as a Realtor and became a member of the Board of Realtors to further my level of knowledge and exposure to the Real Estate Community.
We joined the Home Builders Association in 1986 in an effort to emphasize our commitment to the highest standard of operation.
Through the course of the following years I developed communities for my own custom home construction as well as the construction of homes by national builders.
In an effort to give back to the community and to show our gratitude for all of our success, we established the House For A Heart Foundation in 1992 through the donation of a house which was raffled off to benefit the Homeless charities.
As we now approach the 1000 mark in our portfolio of properties we are extraordinarily grateful to all of those who recognize our efforts as we have enjoyed awards and accolades including the Home Builders Association Award for Design, Planning and Construction.
